Attention all parents or guardians of special needs children and adults! This event is for you and your special one!
Please join us on June 3rd from 12pm – 2pm at Self Made Training Facility Dallas for a chance to speak with our fitness professionals on fitness, nutrition, mobility and recovery! We will have @thedjkuro providing the jams as we come together for a group workout session, enjoy mini massage demos by our in house massage therapist @jj_massagefit, learn to deadlift with our powerlifting expert @the_empowered_llc and fuel up post workout with @designyourbeef burgers!
